Can the messages be personalized?

Yes, of course!  This is one of the most powerful features of our system.  Our program attempts to get the 1st name of each prospect and you can use that anywhere in your message or subject!  This will make the response rate of your message soar like never before!

How do I change my messages/subject/password, etc?

Simple, we have a user friendly web based interface that is available to you 24 hours a day!  Simply log in to your account and change your information.  You can even test your messages to make sure they work the way you intended.

How do I know if someone requests information?

A copy of each request will be forwarded to the email address of your choice.  This means that you can respond to any immediate questions that may require a personal response.

How are remove requests handled?

There are a couple of methods they are handled. 

  1. There is a remove link at the end of every message/response that goes out.  The prospect can click this link and choose to be removed from your rotation.  This is all done automatically and without you having to lift a finger.  This is the way most people will remove themselves.
  2. Some people may simply reply to a message and ask you to remove them.  You should log in to your control panel and remove them manually.

Can I send additional broadcast message to my list?

Yes, through your control panel.  Log in and goto 'send broadcast'.  You can send a personalized message to your entire prospect list at anytime.
